FA Solutions is a private company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the
U.S. Department of Education or Federal Student Aid.

 Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
 Submit false information or impersonate another person
 Submit Social Security numbers, FSA IDs, or other sensitive personal or financial information through
Site forms or chat
 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or interfere with its operation
 Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or collect content or data from the Site
 Upload or transmit malware or other harmful code

4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by FA Solutions or its
licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print Site content for

your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish it without our
written permission.

5. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may use third-party tools such as chat, forms, and
scheduling. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites

or inability to use the Site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such
damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars
($100). This section does not apply to services provided under a separate written agreement, which are
governed by that agreement.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in
Pinellas County, Florida.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FA Solutions and its officers, employees, and contractors
from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of
these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site and changing the
"Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the
revised Terms.

13. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and FA Solutions
about your use of the Site. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in
effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These
Terms do not change any separate written agreement between FA Solutions and a client, which controls
if there is a conflict.
