Last updated November 04, 2026
FA Solutions, LLC ("FA Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") provides financial aid processing, staffing, student communication, and consulting services to colleges and universities. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website at https://www.getfasolutions.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.
This policy covers information collected through the Site, its forms and chat, and our marketing communications, including contact information we obtain from other sources to send them. It does not cover student records we process on behalf of our client institutions (see Section 12). If you are a California resident, Section 10 contains additional information required by California law.

- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (including mobile number)
- Job title
- School or institution name
- The contents of your message or chat conversation
- Your choices about receiving text messages and marketing emails
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, FSA IDs, or student financial information through our website forms or chat. If you are a student with a question about your financial aid, please contact your school's financial aid office.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information using cookies and similar technologies, including:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it (city, state, country)
- Browser type, device type, operating system, and language settings
- Online identifiers, such as cookie IDs
- Pages you visit on the Site, the time and duration of your visits, and the page you visited before submitting a form
- The website, search engine, advertisement, or campaign link that referred you to the Site
- Interactions with our emails, such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked
How these are combined
If you submit a form or chat with us, we may connect the information you provide with your past and future activity on the Site (such as pages viewed and content downloaded). This helps us understand your interests and respond to you more effectively.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your inquiries and requests
- Follow up with you by email, phone, or text message about our services (text messages are sent only with your consent; see Section 4)
- Send newsletters and marketing communications you have signed up for
- Manage and prioritize business inquiries, including assessing which inquiries are the best fit for our services
- Understand how visitors use the Site and improve its content and performance
- Measure the effectiveness of our marketing and, where permitted, show you relevant advertisements on other websites
- Protect the Site against spam, fraud, and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
We do not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing.
3. How We Share Your Information
- Service providers. We use vendors to operate our business, and they process personal information on our behalf under written contracts that restrict their use of it. These include our customer relationship management, website analytics, and chat platform (HubSpot); website analytics (Google Analytics); our email marketing platform (Brevo); website hosting (Hostinger); business email (Microsoft); website email delivery (Twilio SendGrid); spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA); our text messaging provider; and marketing and web development contractors who work on our behalf.
- Advertising partners. From time to time we advertise on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google. When we do, these platforms may collect information about your visit to the Site through cookies and similar technologies, and use it to measure our ads and show you advertising on other websites. Under some state privacy laws, this may be considered "selling" or "sharing" personal information, or "targeted advertising." You can opt out at any time (see Section 6).
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FA Solutions, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Mobile information: We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver text messages.
4. Text Messages
If you opt in to receive text messages from FA Solutions, we will use your mobile number to send messages related to your inquiry and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. See our Terms of Use for full text messaging terms.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to measure traffic and how visitors use the Site. Google collects information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived at the Site, and your device and browser, and provides us with reports. We have configured Google Analytics so this information is not used for advertising. You can learn how Google uses this information at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
6. Your Choices
- Opt out of targeted advertising, selling, and sharing. Click Your Privacy Choices in the Site footer, decline advertising cookies in our cookie banner, or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser (see Section 7). You can also email privacy@getfasolutions.com or call (877) 853-5002.
- Marketing emails. Click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, or email us at privacy@getfasolutions.com. We may still send you messages related to an inquiry you made.

- Cookies. Use the Cookie Preferences link in the Site footer, or your browser settings.
7. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor GPC signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the selling or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser, and for any account or profile we can connect to that browser. You can learn more at https://globalprivacycontrol.org.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not respond to Do Not Track signals. Please use GPC or our cookie banner instead.
8. How Long We Keep Information
How long we keep personal information depends on our relationship with you:
- Prospective clients and other business contacts: up to 3 years after your last interaction with us, such as submitting a form, registering for or attending a webinar, opening or clicking one of our emails, or speaking with our team.
- Clients and former clients: for the length of our business relationship and up to 7 years afterward, for business records, tax, legal, and audit purposes.
- Website activity collected through cookies: for the periods set by each cookie (see Section 5), and as part of your contact record for the period above that applies to you.
- Unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests: for as long as needed to honor them. We keep only the minimum information needed for this, such as your email address or phone number and your preference.
- Records of privacy requests: 24 months, as required by law.
We may keep information longer if the law requires it or if it's needed to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
9. How We Protect Information and Where It Is Processed
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
FA Solutions is located in the United States, and the Site is intended for visitors in the United States. Information collected through the Site is processed in the United States, and some of our service providers may store or process it in other countries, including in the European Union. When they do, they are bound by contracts that require them to protect it.
