FA Solutions’ Student Experience Center (SEC) is resourced with our FA Solutions Financial Aid and Student Services professionals who work as an extension of our school partners to provide high level, high touch contact support for their students and staff. The SEC Mission is to empower our school partners to focus on the critical aspects of successfully meeting the needs of their prospective and/or enrolled students by providing services that ensure all students are served during peak processing and/or throughout the academic year.
The SEC’s experienced team mirrors the culture of our school partners to provide seamless and comprehensive support around one or more of the following: Student Financial Aid, Admissions, and Retention Outreach efforts. Our integrated team adeptly provides engagement support for prospective and/or enrolled students by professionally handling phone/email inquiries in the same manner that the school would.
As an integrated solution, the SEC provides many benefits:
- Minimizes interruptions of the school’s Financial Aid and Admissions Staff, allowing them to be more fully dedicated to meeting with students
- Ensures all students are served during peak processing and throughout the academic year
- Enables schools to provide proactive student support that is critical to delivering an overall, exceptional student experience
- Improves the school’s Financial Aid processing and verification turnaround times
SEC services can be tailored to meet the needs of our school partners who may select one or more of the following services:
- Correspondence and advising for students who have been selected for Verification
- Outbound phone and email outreach to students advising them of missing documents and other issues that may be causing delays in the Financial Aid or Admissions Process
- Admissions/Retention support and follow-up for registration assistance and appointment setting
- Experienced FA Solutions Financial Aid Advisors available to answer incoming Financial Aid inquiries for all or select student populations
- Experienced Student Services Professionals available to respond to inbound/outbound Admissions prospective student inquiries by phone and/or email
Schools can opt to select FA Solutions’ SEC solution as a standalone solution or together with our other services: Third Party Financial Aid Servicing, Interim Staffing, Financial Aid Processing Support for key areas, and Consulting.
